Weeks Flying By

Another week has flown by. Not alot of storries this week. Things have been a lot of the same old same old.

For the month of Febuary our zone, the Denton Zone, has set a pretty hefty goal. We plan on helping bring 34 people closer to Christ through the waters of Baptism. They presented this idea to a meeting with President Thurston and all of the Zone leaders. The closest goal in any on the other zones was 13. We have set up an action plan and I know we will accomplish our goal.

Our investigator Junior was not at church again this Sunday. We even had a member over there to pick him up and everything. He didn't answer at the house or the phone for a couple of days. I was really starting to worry about him, but we got a phone call yesterday. He called to appologize for missing church again. He had been in the hospital with congestive heart failure. He is home now, and trying to rest up. I really hope he starts healing up. Please pray for him. We do every week.

PS :  . . . I am working on taking better care of myself. I have been good about getting up and exercising every day this week. We went shopping last week and bought loads of healthy food, but that doesnt stop the members from taking us to places that deep fry everything. I dont drink soda.
